Maggie & Matt- Married! Part II
Maggie and Matt had an absolutely beautiful reception at the Missouri Botanical Gardens. When we arrived we had a little bit of time for pictures in the gardens, and once we let the wedding party go off to the cocktail hour and the couple had some time to be alone, they started cuddling and laughing and being generally adorable together. These were some of my favorite shots of the day! Monsanto Hall looked amazing; Artistry Florist and Event Design REALLY outdid themselves with the gorgeous centerpieces! (In fact I had a photographer friend comment that she was shooting an engagement session at the gardens that day and she was jealous of me for shooting a wedding with such amazing flowers!). Lubeley’s Bakery, one of my favorite bakeries in the area (they are family run since 1937 and their cakes are delicious!) made a beautiful cake for them, which Artistry decked with flowers as well. The reception was perfect, just what you would expect for such a warm and fun couple… the toasts were sweet and touching, and once the band, Galaxy, got started, everyone was laughing and dancing and having an amazing time! I so enjoyed being a part of this wonderful day and sharing in the joy of a truly beautiful couple. Congratulations again, Mr. and Mrs. Brandon!
